Hi, I’m Tara Caracciolo—wife, mom of seven, and a passionate advocate for women’s health and empowerment. As a certified personal trainer and strength coach, I know firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last while juggling the demands of life. I spent many years trying to juggle it all while feeling a bit deflated by focusing on the wrong things. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create a supportive space where women feel welcomed, accepted, and capable of building strength—not just physically, but in every aspect of their lives.
