I am so excited to have you here. My name is Tara Caracciolo, owner of Thrive Fitness Studio and I’m passionate about empowering women to discover their strength, build confidence, and create sustainable healthy lifestyles. As a certified personal trainer and strength coach, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women of all fitness levels feel welcomed, accepted, and capable in every step of their fitness journey.
As a wife and mother to 7, I know just how easy it can be to lose ourselves in those roles, and simply place our needs on the back burner. But I also know the power of reclaiming that time for ourselves—not out of selfishness, but because taking care of our health allows us to show up stronger, happier, and more present for the people we love. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress and learning to prioritize you again.
At Thrive Fitness Studio, my vision is to create a space where movement meets empowerment—a judgment-free zone where everyone is celebrated for what their body can do, not just how it looks. Our classes, including yoga, barre, and strength training are thoughtfully designed to help you feel strong, balanced, and energized.
