My passion lies in empowering women to discover their strength, building confidence, & creating sustainable healthy lifestyles. As a certified personal trainer & strength coach, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women of all fitness levels feel welcomed, accepted, & capable in every step of their fitness journey.
At Thrive Fitness Studio, the vision is to create a space where movement meets empowerment—a judgment-free zone where everyone is celebrated for what their body can do, not just how it looks. Our classes, including yoga, barre, & strength training that are thoughtfully designed to help you feel strong, balanced, & energized.

Hi, I’m Tara Caracciolo—wife, mom of seven, and a passionate advocate for women’s health and empowerment. As a certified personal trainer and strength coach, I know firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last while juggling the demands of life. I spent many years trying to juggle it all while feeling a bit deflated by focusing on the wrong things. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create a supportive space where women feel welcomed, accepted, and capable of building strength—not just physically, but in every aspect of their lives. At Thrive Fitness Studio, I’m here to help you embrace progress over perfection, celebrate what your body can do, and discover the joy of a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

Letha is a mother of twins,Inspirational speaker on health and wellness along with being a plant-based chef enthusiast. She also has a certification in personal training, metabolic conditioning, lifestyle and weight management. Letha enjoys teaching RITMO, her very own creation with a Zumba and strength training infusion. As an entrepreneur in the wellness industry, health coach Letha knows the ins and outs of quality in her lifestyle development.
Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I was an athlete growing up and have always enjoyed staying active. Over the years, I have been apart of HIIT and Crossfit communities. As a busy mom and grandma, I value and encourage self-care because I know firsthand how important it is to prioritize movement and well being.
I have always appreciated the physical benefits of fitness, but more importantly, the mental benefits. Now I have challenged myself by becoming an instructor while continuing to learn and grow in the world of Barre. i am excited to share my journey, support others in their fitness goals, and create an encouraging space where we can move, grow, and feel stronger together.
Hi! My name is Maia, and I teach yoga!! While I’ve only been teaching yoga for a little while, I’ve been teaching dance for years, focusing on stretching and mindful movement with everyone from young kids to adults. I’ve taught a Vinyasa class before and am super excited to welcome all levels to my yoga classes! I love connecting breath with movement, and I’m passionate about how yoga can help reduce pain, improve balance, and much more. I could go on and on, honestly – feel free to ask me anything!
Yoga has had such a huge, positive impact on both my mental and physical health, and I can’t wait to share that with others. I’m certified in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, but I also love incorporating stretches from dance and poses that really target and strengthen the core. I’m looking forward to seeing you on the mat and guiding you on your yoga journey.

Hi! My name is Kayla & I am a passionate fitness enthusiast and newly certified barre instructor, excited to guide you on your journey to strength, flexibility, and balance. I hope to bring an energetic, entertaining, and supportive approach to each class. I was a ballet dancer for 6 years and taught little girls ballet for a year and a half! Outside of teaching, I enjoy pilates, traveling, weightlifting, and reading. I hope you can take my class for a fun, challenging, and rewarding workout experience!
Hello everyone my name is Cambryia Hart with 4.5 years of experience teaching yoga, I am passionate about guiding students toward strength, balance, and mindfulness. My classes focus on breathwork, alignment, and creating a welcoming space for all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, my goal is to help you move with intention and ease.
