We're partnering with Occupational Therapist, Crystal Kudrle from Restore Pelvic Health to bring you The Core Connection, a 1-hour pelvic health workshop for women right here at Thrive Fitness Studio. 

So if you:

✔️ Pee a little when you laugh, sneeze or workout

✔️ Avoid jumping with your kids or doing things you love due to leaking

✔️ Feel pressure or discomfort “down there”

✔️ Have back, hip, pelvic pain or pain with sex

✔️ Or just want to prevent these issues

Then this is for you!

Expect expert guidance on what actually is the pelvic floor, what common pelvic floor dysfunction looks like along with real symptoms, and what is considered "normal" (like how often should I pee?). You will take away real tips, tricks and an understanding of how to implement changes right away that will help you protect your pelvic floor. This will include real-talk about why Kegels may be causing you MORE problems, breathing techniques, safe core and pelvic floor exercises and time for your questions — all in a supportive, real-talk environment, because ladies; sex, pee and poo doesn't have to be taboo!
